  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe mug or ramekin. Whisk the eggs together with a fork.
  • Add in the milk and any fillings you desire. Stir to combine.
  • Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Take the mug out and stir the eggs with a fork. Microwave again for 30 seconds.
  • Take the mug out and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Microwave again for 10-20 seconds, until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Serve hot.
