2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons shredded cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe mug or ramekin. Whisk the eggs together with a fork.
- Add in the milk and any fillings you desire. Stir to combine.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Take the mug out and stir the eggs with a fork. Microwave again for 30 seconds.
- Take the mug out and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Microwave again for 10-20 seconds, until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
