2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons shredded cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe mug or ramekin. Whisk the eggs together with a fork.
Add in the milk and any fillings you desire. Stir to combine.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Take the mug out and stir the eggs with a fork. Microwave again for 30 seconds.
