Sheer Khurma is a delicious and indulgent dessert. It is a perfect dish for celebrating Eid. This creamy vermicelli pudding is made with a blend of milk, condensed milk, and sugar, which gives it a rich and sweet flavor. Ingredients

  • 1 cup vermicelli noodles

  • 1 liter milk

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup ghee

  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)

  • 1/4 cup raisins

  • 1/4 cup dates, chopped

  • 2-3 cardamom pods, crushed

  • 1 tbsp rose water (optional)

Directions

  • In a large pan, heat the ghee and add the vermicelli noodles. Stir until the noodles turn golden brown.
  • Add the milk, condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom pods to the pan. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked and the milk has thickened.
  • Add the chopped nuts, raisins, and dates to the pan. Mix well and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from heat and add the rose water (if using). Mix well.
  • Serve the Sheer Khurma hot or chilled. Enjoy!
